Sustainability

As a way to reach our goal of being 100% sustainable by 2030, we are trying to inject a sustainable mindset into everything we do.
Here's a summary of the steps we've taken so far:

Clean Creatives

In 2022 we, as one of very few Swedish agencies, signed the international Clean Creatives initiative, committing Kid Collective to never take on work from the fossil fuel industry.

Internal Climate policy

In May 2021, we adopted a strict environmental and climate policy with the goal of minimizing the negative environmental and climate impacts of our operations, and becoming 100% sustainable by 2030. The policy supported by a detailed action plan of three main areas, developed in collaboration with sustainability experts:
  1. Which clients we choose to work with and the communication solutions we create for them.
  2. The partners and suppliers we engage on behalf of our clients.
  3. The way we run our own agency operations, like how we travel, how we eat, and how our office is set up.

Social sustainability

At Kid Collective, we're making it a priority to create a socially sustainable workplace. We’ve long taken a proactive approach to equity and inclusion, ensuring that all employees have equal rights and opportunities, and support a healthy work life balance, promote gender equality, and conduct annual salary reviews to ensure fair and equitable pay. We also have collective agreements for all our employees – it's rare in the advertising world, but something we value deeply.
